The holding company of the Liebherr Group is Liebherr-International AG. Liebherr-International AG is located in Bulle, Switzerland and is operating by the Liebherr family members. Now, the family business is being managed in the 2nd generation by Dr. H.C. Willi Liebherr and his sister Dr. H.C. Isolde Liebherr. Ever since the year 2012, several of the active individual divisions have been represented by family members in the third generation such as: Stefanie Wohlfarth, Patricia Ruf, Sophie Albrecht and Jan Liebherr. These family members have been working hard together to be able to help set up the family business' course in the future. They are staying on top of large-scale industrial projects and residential buildings across the globe.
Hans Liebherr started to build his company in 1949, within a tiny town called Kirchdorf in southern Germany. Kirchdorf, now supports amongst Liebherr's 20 manufacturing locations.
