Utilize a Pneumatic Forklift
You could usually find pneumatic forklifts in warehouses and shipping operations. Also called pump trucks or pallet trucks, they are used in order to transport supplies and products around on wooden pallets using metal forks that are mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight includes a pump which can raise the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is designed to be operated by a single person.
Pallet trucks should be operated with care to avoid loss of control while lifting heavy loads. Machine should be inspected prior to operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstructions. Make sure that the handle smoothly turns. The pallet must be stacked carefully to guarantee that nothing will fall off during transportation.
In order to release air in the pump and lower the forks, squeeze the lever located on the inside of the metal loop on the end of the pallet truck's handle. The forks could then be pushed into the slots of the pallet. The forks should be centered to ensure equal distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Raise the forks from the ground by pumping the pneumatic lift's handle until the pallet has fully cleared the ground. Do not raise the pallet too high or the forklift can unbalance.
Move the pallet by pulling on the handle and then dragging it behind you. It is dangerous to push the pallet ahead of you because the momentum could cause it to lose control. Take turns slowly and don't attempt to stop suddenly. Gradually come to a stop, squeeze the lever, and the forks will lower to the ground. Lastly, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent location.
