Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete your needs, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to place materials in a more precise way. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being made and designed all the time and would be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. Like for example, load-reach management devices are able to automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
