Yale offers a range of very narrow aisle forklifts which are specially designed for maximum storage density. These very narrow aisle forklift are ideally suited for case picking and pallet handling in applicants varying from 16 feet to 55 feet. Yale spotlights the NTA for high density warehousing which needs maximum throughput. These lift trucks are often utilized to improve overall productivity and maximize effectiveness. They work extremely well for locations that feature floor to ceiling storage within retail and warehousing spaces.
NTA Production Enhancements
AC Motor Technology: The AC Motor Technology provides responsive directional changes, has smooth rapid acceleration and high starting torque.
CANbus Controller: The CANbus technology could reduce the electrical connections by 25% and wiring by 40 percent. This results in enhanced visibility through the mast and enhanced reliability.
Auto Deceleration System: This system is able to help decrease operator fatigue, which in turn with promote improved productivity. This is done by eliminating the requirement to apply the service break manually.
Thermal Management System: The Thermal Management System would continually monitor the component temperature and adjust forklift performance accordingly. This will allow the truck to operate cooler and longer.
Smart-Glide Height Sensing System: The Smart-Glide Height Sensing System offers step-less speed control technology. This is done by optimizing maximum travel speed at a range of fork heights. This results in faster travel speeds, improved acceleration and hence, better overall efficiency.
Tri & Quad Form Mast: The Quad and Tri Form Mast are a heavy and stiff mast that offers stability for the operator by minimizing deflection.
One Hundred Eighty Degree Rotating Turret Head: This type of rotating turret head allow for easier service to both sides of the aisle. This set-up maximizes storage density.
Electronically Programmable Pantograph: This system would eliminate the "double-biting" situations which take place at pick up and deposit stations. The variable stroke length is responsible for stopping this time-consuming process.
It is important to bear in mind that every warehouse is different and there is no "typical" one-size fits all solution. Yale has engineered various lift truck modifications to suit the always changing requirements of its customers as well as their changing jobs. Yale provides a large list of particular forklift enhancements to increase the warehouse production. All these features are provided in addition to optional and standard truck features.
Yale provide certain features which are considered "extra's" by other manufacturers. Keeping operators entirely comfortable and safe are several of the main concerns of the business. Yale knows that if operators are both safe and comfortable, their production levels are greatly improved.
